Licence: Drivers must have held a full UK driver's licence for 24 months

Accidents: Drivers must disclose all accidents occured in the previous 3 years.

Things you need when collecting the vehicle
  • YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC DRIVERS LICENCE. If you have an old paper licence a passport is also required. 
  • PROOF OF ADDRESS. 2 addressed documents dated within 3 months i.e .bank statement or utility bill.
  • A BANK CARD. To make an insurance deposit
  • DVLA CHECK CODE. You must create a licence ‘check code’ to share your driving record with us.

  • Entertainers or musicians (other than classical)
  • Professional sportspersons
  • Persons connected with gambling (other than clerical)
  • General dealer, market traders, street traders
  • Scrap metal merchants
  • Models

Convictions (unacceptable)

  • Any commencing UT (Theft or Unauthorised Taking)
  • Any with 2 or more periods of disqualification

Convictions (okay after 5 years)

  • Any commencing AC10, AC20, all BA, all DD, all DG, all DR, CD40, CD50, CD60, CD70, MS90
  • All convictions resulting in disqualification more than 6 months

Convictions (okay after 3 years)

  • Endorsements CD10, IN10, LC20
  • Any convictions resulting in disqualification of 6 months or less

Excluded Uses

  • Carriage of passengers for hire or reward
  • Racing, pace making, rallies, trials or speed racing
