Any daily equivalent is the full seven-day total divided by seven; it is not the one-day rate. Weekend hires and extensions use the same standard vehicle rates. No security deposit
No security deposit is required for standard self-drive hire. The £10 booking fee per hire day is credited towards your hire and is non-refundable. If you cancel, you lose that booking fee. Date changes add £10 per hire day to the hire on the new dates. Check your confirmation for the full cancellation terms and any other applicable charges.
Driver eligibility
Drivers must be aged 25–75. For vehicles above 3.5 tonnes, the maximum age is 69.
You must have the correct licence entitlement and meet the other hire and insurance requirements.
Bring your documents
Bring your driving licence, DVLA check code, bank card and two proofs of address dated within the last three months, such as a bank statement or utility bill. A paper licence also requires a passport.

Daily, weekly and longer-term hire can be arranged, subject to availability. Agree the collection and return times and check the full quote, including the booking fee and any extras.
Will I receive the exact model pictured?
Bookings are normally by category. Make, model and equipment can vary. Tell us that automatic transmission is essential and confirm any other requirements before reserving.
How do I know my load will fit?
Measure your largest items and check the load length, door openings and payload of the actual van. An automatic gearbox does not change the vehicle’s loading limits. Use the van and truck size guide as a starting point.
